The eLearning Specialist position is responsible for both developing digital learning content and supporting the management of the LMS. The role combines content creation and LMS operations. This person will blend their digital learning background in creating engaging learning elements, with their LMS management experience to design seamless, user friendly and optimized learner journeys across the Frontline audience.
Duties
Content Development
1.
Design and develop engaging, interactive eLearning modules for internal audiences using tools like Articulate Rise or Storyline.
2.
Adapt existing content into digital formats (e.g., videos, quizzes, microlearning).
3.
Collaborate with team members, Frontline Experience team and SME’s, to translate learning objectives into effective digital experiences.
4.
Ensure all content is SCORM/xAPI compliant and optimized for LMS delivery.
LMS Management & Support
5.
Create programs for training initiatives, and publish, test and accurately maintaining the most recent content version
6.
Ensure consistent course structure and naming conventions across the LMS
7.
Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports based on requirements and needs, to support learning insights
8.
Analyse learning data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvements
9.
Provide support to LMS users, resolving access and navigation issues, and share insights into solving existing roadblocks.
Responsibilities

Enhancing the user experience for learners collaborating with team and broader Fx team

Collaborating with subject matter experts to provide accurate data and reports on course records
5.
Document and keep-to-date user guides and internal processes
Background & Experience
1.
Experience designing and developing digital learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise
2.
Familiarity with Workday Learning LMS including content upload, user management and reporting
3.
Background in digital learning, instructional design or learning operations
4.
Previous experience in supporting digital learning environments and understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards
Skills
1.
Working level of English and one of our working languages (German, French and/or Italian)
2.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
3.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage several project, tasks and requests

Pay: 1,200.00€ - 1,400.00€ per month
