Title and Summary
Director, Emerging Tokenization SolutionsThe Global Digital Enablement & Commercialization team is looking for a Director, Emerging Tokenization Solutions to drive the global issuer go to market (GTM) and execution of emerging tokenization solutions starting with Agentic Commerce. The ideal candidate will embrace ambiguity and drive clarity by establishing strong, executable product vision and go to market strategies, bringing people together to execute. They should be highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and execution focused.The Role
• Define and build out the Agent Pay commercialization roadmap to empower issuers to deliver an optimal Agentic experience for cardholders through Mastercard’s suite of solutions, validating through customer feedback and providing recommendations to internal stakeholders on key focus areas, as required.
• Become a true product expert in Agentic Commerce, reflecting and addressing the voice of our customers while representing Mastercard’s global product view in key customer conversations.
• Establish and manage strong customer feedback loops to ensure that the voice of customers is incorporated into Global product development and prioritization to further evolve product functionalities and scale Agentic commerce.
• Leverage Agentic and other emerging use cases to identify opportunities that will maximize issuer adoption and usage of our tokenization platform (MDES).
• Motivate and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geography teams, leveraging trust-based relationships to establish high quality issuer enablement to support Agentic Commerce.
• Navigate across cultures and geographies and leverage strong relationships with key groups across Mastercard to gain support and buy-in for key decisions
• Drive data-driven business insights and action plans at the program level. Manage enablement and performance scorecards to continuously monitor and identify gaps and opportunities to enhance GTM strategy and execution.
All About You
• Commercialization or product management experience with excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship building skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to distil key insights from data, identify challenges and opportunities, imagine multiple solutions and execute accordingly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills– clarity of thought, articulate, able to capture and reflect complex topics in simple terms
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders in matrixed organizations to get things done and demonstrate problem solving skills to identify levers and overcome hurdles
• A self-starter who can effectively mobilize, influence, and lead large, cross-functional internal and external teams across geographies
• Ability to work with ambiguity and manage complex projects, successfully manage multiple responsibilities and tasks in a changing/fast paced environment
• Evidence of achieving consistent high-level success in a global organization
