Job Description
As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the existing customer base, focusing on cross-selling and upselling within the managed accounts, using digital channels and remote sales techniques. The main goal is to increase the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of the customer base as well as the company's revenues.
Qualifications
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Follow-up of French, Belgian, or Spanish clients on a daily basis and ensure their satisfaction.
· Prepare commercial proposals in Word (in French, English, or Spanish).
· Perform cross-selling and upselling within managed accounts.
· Keep the CRM (Salesforce) and other tools updated.
· Work with marketing, helpdesk, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Higher Technician or Bachelor's degree in commercial management and sales, or similar fields;
· At least 2/3 years in B2B sales, ideally in technology or SaaS companies.;
· Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce);
· Intermediate/advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
· Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
· Passion for sales, results-oriented, effective stress management in demanding sales cycles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, autonomy, team spirit and initiative;
· Focus on results and resilience during challenges.
