The primary responsibility of the role is marketing Centric, and BNP Digital Offer (including new digital execution and content tools) to new and existing clients based in mainland Europe.
The role is key to us maintain a growing franchise and to helping the business to deliver on BNP Paribas’ strategic digital aims.
Centric is a platform dedicated to the daily banking activities of BNP Paribas’ large corporate and institutional clients. It enhances their treasury efficiency, cash visibility, and market oversight. With more than 42 apps and 100k users globally, Centric is one of the B2B leading financial platforms in the world. Our mission is to increase the overall usage of Centric by promoting relevant services to clients.
New digital execution and content tools include Trading chatbots and BNP Paribas Global Markets App to market to clients.

Main Tasks:
- Promote and Pitch Digital Tools:
To Market and pitch Centric and BNP Digital Tools capabilities to clients in EMEA;
- Client Relationship & Support:
To on-board clients to digital tools post demo and support them in completing the set up;
- Coordinate Communication and Strategy:
To coordinate the communication to clients of the new functionalities
To work in full coordination with the EMEA Sales teams in executing the Digital strategy
- Gather Insights and Feedback:
To collect client feedback and work with the product managers on the development and test of the digital tools;
- Monitor usage & drive engagement:
Prepare various analysis using Client data to monitor hit ratios, retention rates, activity statistics, overall performance, etc
To monitor client activity and work with product manager and sales teams to increase client penetration
Build & implement communication strategy, including automated client journeys to drive engagement and cross-usage of our Digital tools.
Technical Skills:
- Academic background in marketing and/or business management. (Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar areas are a plus)
- Experience of sales or account management with an understanding of institutional client needs
- Strong Excel knowledge, Python as a plus
- Availability to travel within EMEA
Language Skills
- English- 4- Mastery
- French, German, Italian, Spanish, etc (preferential)

- Excellent communication skills and confidence in pitching to clients
