What you will do
We’re looking for a Data Engineering Senior Manager to shape and lead the evolution of our enterprise data strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role for a technologist who thrives at the intersection of architecture, innovation, and team development. You'll be responsible for building scalable, high-performance data platforms while mentoring and running a small team of versatile data engineers.

• Architect and implement modern data platforms that power advanced analytics, machine learning, and real-time decision-making.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with experience designing cost-effective, scalable architectures.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data processing and pipeline optimization.
• Strong interest in leading and mentoring data engineering teams and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex data issues and drive resolution.
• Clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly self-motivated with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across global, cross-functional teams.
