Currently we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Operator. As a Customer Support Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer inquiries.
Working schedule: 2/2 (2 days, 2 days off) 10 am - 10 pm (GMT+3)
Tasks
- Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls);
- Provide accurate information about the products of the company;
- Resolve cases in timely and professional manner;
- Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager;
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English languages both written and verbal;
- Previous experience on a similar position would be considerate as an advantage;
- Customer focus personality;
- Great communication and analytical skills.
