- Providing customer support through multiple channels (call, chat, email);
- Assisting our client’s customers by offering solutions and responding to all inquiries promptly;

What are we looking for:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 or plus);
- Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included);
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to generate empathy in written form;
- Analytical mindset to diagnose & troubleshoot issues;
- Active listener and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers;
- Ability to manage time and meet goals.
