We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Revenue Operations team as a Senior Customer Financial Services Representative

What you will be doing:
As a member of the European Revenue Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the European organization and our customers in all matters related to collections, debt management, cash application, and invoice adjustments. Your expertise will ensure the smooth execution of financial processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

What do you bring with you:


  • Background in Finance (Mandatory)
  • Background in Credit Management (Mandatory)
  • Excellent Negotiation, Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Excel Skills (Mandatory)
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment. (Mandatory)

Other desired languages are German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish (B2 Level)

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High degree of customer orientation
  • Keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone and propose suggestions for improvement
  • Experience working with third party auditors / customer portals (Plus)
  • Experience in an international environment or similar (Plus)
