We are excited to offer a unique internship opportunity at Powerdot, designed specifically for those interested in exploring the rapidly growing field of electric mobility. This entry-level role is ideal for students or young professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities during the Internship:
- Assist with customer inquiries and support through various channels, including inbound/outbound calls and emails.
- Learn and master key tools, such as contact management systems and knowledge bases.
- Support investigation of issues, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Escalate and triage critical issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
- Provide feedback on processes, offering recommendations to enhance operations.
- Complete thorough documentation of customer interactions and trends.
What we're looking for:
- Languages: Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) – other languages like Portuguese, Spanish, or French are a big plus!
- Empathy: You understand and care about the user experience
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, adaptable to various channels
- Proactive Attitude: You work well independently in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for Sustainability: Enthusiasm for electric mobility is a strong advantage
- Location: Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate. Must be flexible to work rotating shifts.
What You’ll Gain:

Details of the Internship:
- Location: Onsite in Lisbon.
- Internship Duration: 8 to 12 months
- Working hours: 7-hour shifts between 7 AM and 12 AM (Portuguese time), with two consecutive days off per week.
