What you’ll do:
- Support the preparation of regular HR reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Help managing employee benefits
- Assist in collecting and verifying employee attendance, timesheets, and leave records for payroll processing.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, databases, and ERP system
- Help prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, declarations, etc.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
- Support day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology or similar;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of computer tools, with special focus on Excel.
