YOUR TASKS
- Develop and manage resource and crane schedules for wind farm site operations.
- Ensure crane availability aligns with project milestones and timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics to guarantee timely delivery of components and equipment.
- Maintain close communication with Site Managers and site teams to ensure alignment.
- Adapt schedules to accommodate weather, equipment availability, and unforeseen challenges.
- Monitor project progress and deliver daily and weekly updates.
- Optimize resource allocation to reduce costs while maintaining safety and efficiency.
YOUR PROFILE
- 3–5 years of experience in resource and crane planning, ideally within renewable energy or construction.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and management levels.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and software.
- Experience in precast concrete or building construction is a plus.
- Prior involvement in wind farm operations is highly desirable.Willingness to work in remote locations and flexible schedules, including weekends.
- English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory)
