Job Description
As a Content Moderator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address sensitive or complex cases appropriately.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate upcoming features or tools and propose preventive measures to minimize potential misuse or abuse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address sensitive or complex cases appropriately.
- Review and assess user-reported content within a digital platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines and content policies.
- Use both quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce insights and reports that drive ongoing process improvements, optimization, and innovation.
- Analyze report data to accurately evaluate the severity and nature of each issue.
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in Persian Language, C1/C2 level.
- Fluency in English Language, B2 level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in digital platforms, online communities, and user safety.
- Strong time management and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
