Role: Change Manager (Cybersecurity).
Location: Remote, from Europe.
Required skills:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Change Manager;
- Prior experience supporting cybersecurity, risk, or compliance-related programs;
- Skilled in creating stakeholder matrices, communication plans, and strategic change documentation;
- Ability to navigate complex environments and drive adoption of change across business and IT;
- Certification in Prosci Change Management or equivalent change methodology;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
- Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
