Job Description:
We are looking for an Buyer Support to join our Airbus GBS in Lisbon!
Responsibilities - your mission
Acting as Airbus Trusted Agents to onboard suppliers
Supplier creation and updates in One Supplier tool
Management of Deviation Sheets: perform sanity check of received deviation and record entries in the sheets database.
Financial assessment of suppliers
Onboarding of suppliers in CLIP tool.
Make basic checks in case of unpaid/blocked invoices
Prepare reports, KPIs
Act as Focal Point for a specific activity in our team, being responsible for the SOP creation and maintaning it up to date.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Knowledge of functions including: procurement, finance, negotiation and communication skills.
Exposure to work-focused team(s).
Fluency in English
Fluency in other languages like French, German or Spanish is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Able to travel domestically and internationally
