YOUR ROLE
- Support the implementation of internal and external communication, branding, product positioning, marketing and digital marketing strategies
- Create content for various channels (social media, website, intranet, newsletters)
- Develop and coordinate the calendarization for internal and external Content Marketing and track performance metrics
- Present results’ driven reports
- Assist in organizing events (internal and external) and support the participation processes for international exhibitions
- Manage promotional, merchandising and other branded materials
- Monitor and record the budget allocated to different activities
- Support the creation and development of marketing materials (videos, podcasts, vlogs)
- Support market research (if required within coordination of the sales team) and track marketing trends
- Segment targets and develop databases/distribution lists for email marketing
- Prepare market consultation processes for service procurement (drafting Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Bid Summaries)
OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:
- Degree in Communication and Marketing Sciences; Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations; Communication, Marketing and Public Relations or similar courses within these areas of knowledge
- Post-Graduation in Digital Marketing will be highly appreciated
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B industry (mandatory requirement)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) mandatory
- Proficiency in CRM Tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Available to travel
- Availability to take on this challenge only during sick leave / maternity leave
